Best Time To Travel
The tourist season is from May to September, but the beaches can get really crowded. The warm period from May to June and from September to October and the ski season from December to March are the best times to visit Poland. Spring and early autumn offer pleasant weather with fewer crowds, ideal for sightseeing in cities like Kraków and Warsaw. Winter transforms the mountains into ski hubs, especially in Zakopane. Christmas markets in December, particularly in Wrocław and Gdańsk, add a magical festive charm. Avoid November, which tends to be grey and damp with fewer events.
